Rimlife Launches My Sun-Powered Life Initiative

Edison, NJ (February 8, 2010). In order to provide portable, clean, and renewable solar energy solutions for people in less-developed areas of the world in conjunction with local distributors and entrepreneurs, Rimlife has launched its My Sun-Powered Life Initiative.

Aimed specifically at local wholesale or retail distributors, and energetic and ambitious entrepreneurs, the initiative will provide quality solar products to our partners. It will also allow access to manufacturing resources to select partners in order for them to create products customized for their particular locality.

In this way, the initiative will help spread the benefits of distributed solar energy to the ones who need them most. Distributed power, as opposed to highly centralized power generating stations, is a pre-requisite to truly freeing people from poverty. And above all else, we believe it is our ability to tap the power of the sun that may lead to lasting solutions for such problems.
